Continued introduction to residential construction includes four consecutive four-week courses in intermediate framing, intermediate finish carpentry, intermediate electrical, and construction measuring and estimating.

1. Use basic and intermediate construction tools (nail gun, skilsaw, table saw, jigsaw, chopsaw) safely
2. Describe the main aspects of jobsite safety
3. Describe main issues of construction industry work ethic
4. Analyze the complete construction process (estimating through framing, finish, and electrical)
5. Based on the course outline of record, demonstrate use of tape measure and describe process of estimating
